I really wont a six pack now Could you mayb help ?

Ok so im 15 now around 9 stone i think i don't really no to be Honest ant weight my self in ages. I wont a six pack for a load of reason

1. i think im to fat

2. just for girls really

3. so i can go out more

4. to have more confidence

I hardly go out because of my Weight im scared what people think and i hate it so i don't go out because of it i know its really stupid but its just the way i am and im sick of just been stuck in the house all the time.



Il try and shut up about my personal life now and il tell you what im trying to do to change this :)



I ust to post loads of questions on how to get a six pack and one guy left me a comment saying try PX90 i think its called and i went on the website and saw it cost 拢100 so i was like no cant afford that so i went on youtube and went on the px90 workouts and this boy left a comment who is around my age (15) and he said by doing this certain workout (Ab ripper x) Twice a day he lost like 2 stone and gained a six pack and i got in contact with him and he sent me the video so i could do it. so i started it and i did it for like 4 days and i could see abit of a difference he said it toke him 30 days and if i saw abit of a difference in 3-4 days do u think if i did it for the whole 30 days it would work ?



Noww il tell you what im going to eat :)



I dont really like a lot of veg and fruits (pease, sweetcorn, Orange, Apples, Grapes, Onions) Mayb a few more but cant think of any really at the moment to be honest



I go to school and i cant really take a healthy meal to school like chicken or somethink like that because i need protien because i also wont to gain abit more muscle



So.. For breakfeast every day i will be having Nesquick (Cereal) Just because i dont really like anythink else and i dont have alot of time in the morning

For dinnger Monday-Friday (when im at school) i will be having a tomoato pasta pot its quite healthy for you and it will keep me going through out the day i think ?



Saturday and sunday for dinner i will be having tomoato soup with mayb one slice of bread



Monday Tea - Noodles, Noodles sauce, beef (grilled), onions, pepers

Tuesday Tea - This healthy two picese of chicken breats with ham and cheese from M%26amp;S

Wednesday Tea - Jacket potato Baked in the oven with baked beans and abit of cheese

Thursday Tea - Omega 3 fish fingers (4 of them) with peas and sweetcorn.

Friday - Chicken pasta bake ( Yum ) :P



Saturday Tea - Scrambled egg



Sunday Tea - A small sunday roast



Right so thats what i will be eating through out the week Ive tryed to inculde some healthy meals but im only 15 so i dont really like alot of food mayb if you have any idea on how i can improve it please say so :)



Right so now you would wont to know what exercises im going to do :)



Well in the morning im going to go for a half an our Run/Jog with my dog

Every morning and every night im going to do the px90 ab ripper x workout

Monday Gym

Wednesday circuit traning

Friday Gym

And i also might be starting gym on tuesday and thursday two but i dont think i will be to be honest



Im going to be drinking alot of water 3l a day :)

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight

evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in

specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are

your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have

to work double on them. The best approach is this:

1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal

weight, lower for overweight).

2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.

3. Target your problem areas with exercises.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,

guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these

crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT

ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.I really wont a six pack now Could you mayb help ?
Ok first off dude, you do not to be worrying this much about it ok, just follow what i did.

Im 15, and got a six-pack, all i did was sit-ups... thats it

I would get home from school and do say 100 situps.

Next day i would push a bit more and do 110 and so on.

I started at 14 and could only do 10.

Now i can do 300

Im about 9 stone aswell.

As long as your skinny, your six-pack will show.

I eat like a horse and drink whatever, diet wasnt a factor for me and i still have my six-pack.

So far you have gotten excellent information just pick from what you have got and work at it.



Warning! Do you have any fat friends? Why do you like them? My point is you need to feel good about yourself the six pack may work for a while and it does turn some on but it also turns some off. Most guys that are all buffed out have no real personality they are depending on their looks. Look for your inner beauty, that is what attracts people. (girls)I really wont a six pack now Could you mayb help ?
First of all your not really fat from the pictures, second the guy who told you to use px90 or whatever was probably advertising it like at least 2 other people who answered this are too.third just do like 50-100 sit ups a day and youll be fine in 2 months

just dont over eat like between meals otherwise it doesn't really matter what you eat
