You can't change your age, but you can go to your profile set up, and then check don't display age. Then go to your profile, click the yellow box, 'edit channel', and go to the description box. Then just type in Age: whatever. then it looks like you changed your age on your profile. Of course, this doesn't come with the benefits of actually watching videos you aren't allowed to watch at your age, but at least people who visit your profile see the age you changed it to. You can't, but you can set your age to private. Edit your channel, you should find it there.
