i made a simple video on windows vista movie maker i clicked publish video it end up as a wmv file i uploaded it to youtube it said processing for ages then it just said upload aborted i clicked it and it said format not recognised by youtube
first i was told to do this format and if not how do i change it its my first time and im only 15 so easy explanations pleaseWindows movie maker, youtube problems?
well i'm 15 too so yeah... try exporting (output video file) as .avi and see if that works OR export is as WMV then upload it to youtube separately, not in windows movie maker.Windows movie maker, youtube problems?
Youtube accepts the following format
QuickTime .MOV, Windows .AVI, or .MPG, so you need to export your file in that format.
If you click on publish to this computer, next, and click on the drop down box under more settings it will give you the option of DV-AVI which youtube should accept. If not you may have to buy a software converting program such as nero or Roxio easy media creator
