It depends on your hair length. Mine was past my shoulders and cost about 150 dollars. It lasted for about a year and it was worth it. It made my hair also feel very silky and it was great.
For makeup, buy a dark eyeshadow (maybe for you dark grey/dark blue?) and use an eyeliner brush to lie your eyes. Don't do it too heavy! Put a little black mascara on and you're pretty much set. You can wear a light coloured lipgloss too.

My mom is strict. She%26039;s a bit mean sometimes. I%26039;ve mentioned Call of Duty to her and she said it%26039;s really bad and has lotta killing. It%26039;s a rated M game. I%26039;m under 17. My friends have this game and NONE of them are psycho maniacs. She watches the news alot and hears stories of under-age kids going insane with war and killing other people because they have war games. I can be honest that this%26039;ll never happen to me. The next step is too say that you%26039;re friends have it and try to get her too talk to a friend%26039;s parent(a friend who owns the game) but make sure it%26039;s a cool kind of layed back parent who will say it%26039;s okay.

I'm talking about America. But read on, I want to give some material to consider. I personally moved here from Belarus and 23 years old and considered to be %26quot;marriage%26quot; age. USA and Belarus divorce rates are quite the same. I was surprised when checked. Belarus is a small country with a dictator. It buys only oil and gas from outside, and makes goods and food inside the country. Things are going pretty well but people feel repressed. President is killing everyone who is opposes him. I believe 3 or more politicians disappeared who didn't agree with him. Anyways. The point is this. How come divorce rates and marriages suffer in both countries...one considered to be the best and huge, other is small and lost somewhere. Well, lets put it other way. Its most likely not economic conditions that matter...but give your opinions, please

Ok, well I had 2 essays to do for school. It had to be a rant for hate on a celebrity, and one for regular people.
This is a rant for one of my favorite celebrities! Please nothing rude just comments, cause I haven't finished the one for regular people ;D

I believe that teenagers that hate the Jonas Brothers, seriously overreact.
If they think their music is for little girls, then why do you argue with them if you really believe that? I think we all know that they have older audiences too. [I've been to their concert]
Saying they're gay. That doesn't prove anything. [We say expressions like that all the time with out meaning anything really offensive.]
Example-- You are talking to your friend, you comment. -_-
Oh my Gosh your so gay. ( Meaning it as a joke when you have nothing better to say)
They're annoying. Um.. honey have you met them? Please tell me how are they annoying.

I mean yes you can express your feelings for it, but do you have to be a [not gonna say I’ll get reported] for it. All their doing is living their dream not even bothering to wonder about you guys.
They were 3 or 4 years before Disney, they got dropped in record deals and so on, finally they came across Hollywood Records and has been making music ever since. Is that really a crime. I know you metal haters hate them, but what’s the point, I mean how does it benefit you? Your not gonna get a scholarship that way, and you not gonna be able to live it.
I mean you people “label” them as Disney but that’s just not exactly what they are. Their human beings just like ALL of us. If you can’t understand this and that everyone shouldn’t be treated like doodoo then you are just wrong. From what I hear, like: I support diabetes in his battle AGAINST Nick Jonas. How evil IS that? Fans have you heard it? Its just evil.
Haters, if everybody liked the same thing as you, wouldn't it get BORING. Haters are what keep me going everyday! So the more you hate the MORE I come!
I understand if you say I'm not a fan of them, but you don't have to get all messy and curse them out. It makes you sound sorta dumb. Cause they did NOT do anything at all to hurt you. You make all kinds of sick jokes and things, but I just don’t get it.

The purity ring hate comments are bull. That has nothing to do with ME OR YOU. It isn't our business, its their religion, their father is a pastor. Ok? If you get that. Back up in New Jersey, I remember cause my family lives there. [ I never met them though XD]

If Jesus was here as a human being whether you believe in him or not, what do you think he would say? Music IS music that's all there is to it. There is no good there is not bad. There isnt any basic essay structure.
Your first paragraph should be introducing the topic, tell the reader who the Jonas Brothers are and what they do (albeit briefly).
You need to structure your paragraphs so that each one talks about a different thing.
Your language is very colloquial, you might want to make it slightly more informal.
Oh and just double check that you're using the same person throughout the whole thing, some parts are first, some are second and some are third. Just keep in consistent.
You've got some good ideas in there, structure them properly and you'll have a winning essay.What do you think about my essay?

Some of you guys say JB is for little kids. Well no, their music is intended for all ages. As you can see on youtube their fans are ages 14+ sometimes I see 11 year olds but not anymore. Mostly their 19.

They were 3 or 4 years before Disney, they got dropped in record deals and so on, finally they came across Hollywood Records and has been making music ever since. Is that really a crime. The Great Ethernet Cable Mystery! - A real mind bender!?
My room is a little out the way from my Netgear wireless router so i run an ethernet cable from the wireless box to connect to the internet. For some reason, the internet has started being extremely temperamental. Its running very slow, or stops all together, despite it showing the status as running normally.
I try to go to a page and the browser instantly recognises the site but fails to load the content properly or runs too slow to bother with. It always seems to be 'transfering data' according to the loading staus at the bottom. This is especially prevalent for sites such as YouTube, where video takes an age to load or tries to load the graphcis forever.
I replaced the cable and also tried using different ports, but that hasn't worked. My laptop is old and buggy so i though it could just be that, but i tried the cable on my girlfriends laptop with the same thing happening.
This is very strange as the wireless in the rest of the house is working fine. And to make this even more of a mystery, the Xbox seems to work ok using the cable, albeit a bit more temperamental. And to top it all off, i even tried using the cable on my sister's brand new laptop. It had the same problems, but not as bad as the other laptops, and last night it even ran close to normal speed for a while.
I havnt change any settings, ISP, routers etc. at all recently. From all that, im guessing its probably a problem with the router, but what? And how can some laptops be affected greater than others? How can the Xbox run almost normally? Ive run the internet through a cable to my room for years without any problems, then all of a sudden, this happens! Its a complete mystery and its seriously irritating!

hmm...I just got my 100ft Ethernet cable today, to run though my ceiling, so I can have a router on my side of the house.

How can I download videos to my mobile? Real player to mobile.?
I have a sony ericsson w910i and have been trying to download videos on to it for ages. I usually download youtube clips by pressing 'download this video' on youtube then it goes to the realplayer library. I put it onto my phone and it does have it in my media album, but it will not play. The only options are 'move' and 'send'.
I have a windows XP if that helps.

I am friends with many ppl tht have been severly hurt by youtube comments, I know people should learn 2 ignore tht stuff, but it's really hard, I mean can u honestly say you've never been hurt by some1 critisizing you? I have and so have other people I really care about so we have a plan. This won't change everyone but it can help. Go onto youtube.com and try 2 find a video of a young person (anywhere from the ages of 8-15) I know u dont know they're actual age but take I guess u can tell the difference between an 13 year old and a 20 year old and say something nice, and if they really suck at what they are doing, give them suggestions on how 2 improve, just dont write: u suck try..... tell them what they did well and what they need 2 work on. Or, if they're good, tell them that. I'm trying to make the world a slightly better place.

Ive been having voices in my head telling me that this world is merely a matrix?
Ok I need help.... I've been having these voices in my head telling me that thus world is a matrix? I was a chronic marijuana smoker from age 12 to 16. In summer of 08 I quit because I started hearing voices in my head talking to me. They would sort of give me a running commentary of my daily activities from there on. On three occasions after I initially quit ; I impulsively smoked again. The voice(s) then began to tell me that this world is a matrix.....that I am the only concious one in this matrix...and this has been attacking me for months. I am really confused...and truly want to be happy. After I began to justify my reality...I was led to view a video on youtube called matrix of success , which changed my beliefs again. I really do fee controlled in every aspect of my life. What can I do to solve this ?? I've determined that these are clear syptoms of psycosis and schitzophrenia.......Yet the realm of possibility is so vastfully limitless ' and all we know is what we're told. If true is this a matrix where I am the only concious one , if so what is its purpose , who(m) is incharge of the matrix , why am I being informed , and how long will my soul be concious ? . If this world is a matrix you can count me as another conscious one. Let's evaluate the facts. The matrix was a movie that came out a few years ago and used the age old idea that the world is not really real but is some kind of illusion and combined that with modern technology, ie. computers. The idea that the world is an illusion is a philosophy. Interesting to note is that people who cite this philosophy it turns out really don't believe it. There isn't anyone who actually lives their lives as if the world is an illusion. And it turns out that those who say they do as soon as you start treating them like they are an illusion like they claim then for some reason they don't like the illusion theory anymore.
No its more probable that this philosophy is more an idea to disassociate oneself from reality because one is having a hard time dealing with reality. Nobody who is having a great life wants to leave it. It's only those who are having a hard time that do.
So I would ask you what is it that is troubling you? Perhaps you've been hurt in some way. It would be a good idea to seek some kind of counseling for your issues.
The other thing is do you believe in God? God still loves you and desires you to enter into a covenant relationship with him. The real pattern that man has been imaged from is God not computers. For it says in Genesis 1:27, %26quot;So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.%26quot;
But the original Adam (man) fell from grace by sinning against God (genesis 3) and all of mankind with him. But now God offers redemption to us through Christ. %26quot;For just as in Adam all die, so too in Christ shall all be brought to life%26quot;. (1 Cor 15:22)
In Christ we enter into a covenant with God called the new covenant where he gives us his Spirit to transform us into his image, where we regain the pattern that was lost in the garden. Without this we remain incomplete not living up to the original pattern that God created us for. We live empty, disillusioned lives. Without Christ we are cut off from grace and remain incomplete without God.
How do we enter into this covenant with God. It is through repentance and baptism that we enter into this covenant. John 3:3,5 - Jesus says, %26quot;Truly, truly, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.%26quot; When Jesus said %26quot;water and the Spirit,%26quot; He was referring to baptism (which requires the use of water, and the work of the Spirit). The water represents cleansing and dieing of the old self. The infilling of the Spirit is necessary for the regeneration or rebirth of the person that makes the transformation possible. We die through baptism and are born again in Christ. (Rom 6:4)
%26quot;... the name of Jesus Christ ... There is no salvation through anyone else, nor is there any other name under heaven given to the human race by which we are to be saved.%26quot; (Acts 4:10-12)
And it is in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit that we are to be baptized as the bible and the Catholic church teaches (Mt. 23:19).
If you do wish to be baptized I would urge you to get into contact with a Catholic priest who can help you to be baptized and enter into the new covenant with God. If you are already baptized then I would recommend you go to the sacrament of reconciliation for your own healing.

I would very much advice that you have a full work up with your doctor and tell him everything you said here. If you are experiencing some traits of psychosis and schizophrenia it would be better to find out now. There are also concerns with tumors that can be in certain parts of your brain that can also cause delusions. And if all come out ok and you are perfectly healthy then you are right and in a matrix. But rule out medical and physiological problems first.

The drumming is powerful and impressive. That's Zach Hill on drums. He's ridiculous. Just a tremendous drummer - amazing footwork.
I'd love to see her be a hero for young girls - but her style doesn't lend itself to that. She's well-spoken, independent, very talented and had to work very hard to get where she is. She writes her music herself, and surrounds herself with other very talented musicians. She's an original voice and I love it.

My mom and I are going to get a rescued dog. We originally were going to get a puppy from a pet store, but I found a video on YouTube that TOTALLY opened my mom's eyes and mine.
Anyway, we live near two %26quot;pounds%26quot;. I guess they're pounds? They're spca stuff. Anyway, we are going to get a dog from there or a local rescue group in our area.
I was wondering, how healthy are dogs in the pound? I got my dog George with my dad from the pound, and he was healthy, but aggressive. Just look at my dad's scarred hands! Haha. Now he's an angel after nonstop training (and old age.) But, on average, are pound dogs healthy?
Also, on personal opinion, are pounds better or rescue groups like Rover Rescue and Canine Crusaders, etc?

It depends on the pound or shelter. Some are well run and others aren't. Anytime that there alot of animals in one place that come from other places, there is a potential for disease. The better pounds and shelters that have money will at the very least vaccinate for diseases that can be passed from animal to animal. For example distemper. Some shelters will also vaccinate for rabies. The animals are quarentined and vaccinated as they come into the shelter. In some shelters the animals aren't vaccinated until the have a home which increases the chances that they have been exposed to disease.
Spaying and neutering also depends upon the shelter and how much money they have. If the desexing isn't done at the shelter, some shelters will give the new owner a money off certificate to use at a local vet. Some shelters will also provide a certificate for a free or money off exam also. If you get a certificate, make sure that you use it before the due date. Also take your paperwork in with you as your vet can get alot of information from them.
Yes shelter dogs can and do have behavior problems, however not all problems are aggression. Some of these dogs might be escape artists, cat chasers, hyper due to lack of training, not house trained, etc. Again unless you get a young puppy, many shelter dogs come with %26quot;baggage%26quot;. Most dogs in the shelter are young adults that people got and didn't realize the amount of care, money and responsiblilty a dog requires.
Notice here I didn't say all dogs in the shelter have problems. There are very nicely trained shelter dogs that might be there because of a family death, divorce, or other family circumstance (like foreclosure) that means the dog need to find a new home. These dogs had loving owners who were a victim of circumstance.
Like pounds and shelters, there are good ones and bad ones. Good rescues usually have a smaller number of animals that are in good health; have been desexed, vaccinated; and usually evaluate ie temperment test and rehabilitate before placing the animal in its new home. the next oldest is 6 1/2 she is goofy and still acts like a puppy. she was adopted from the SPCA (she was actually our foster dog and we fell in love w/her) she was rescued when she was 6 months old by the SPCA after a man threw her from a moving car, she still has the scars.
the next oldest is 6 yrs old, she was rescued at the city pound after someone dumped her on a highway. she's the sweetest dog and everyone wants to take her home w/them!
my youngest dog is 3 yrs old, he didn't come from a shelter, but from my vet. my vet called me about a woman that wanted to have him put down because he wasn't %26quot;selling fast enough%26quot;. she was a Back yard breeder, my vet put her out of business by calling and filing a report on her w/city officials. she lost her kennel license. i adopted the pup she was trying to put down.
good for you for adopting!! shelter dogs are AWESOME dogs. they get the health care they need while in the shelter and are usually more healthy than pet store pups because of the care they receive!

My mom is incredibly controlling, how do i deal with it?
my mom is so controlling of everything i do. she's trying to tell me who i can and can't talk to based purely on age, she doesn't even know the guy. He's my ex's brother and we talk some on facebook and we text. He's 20 and i'm 16. I know that seems like a pretty big age difference but it's only 4 years, and my brother is 20 and we're friends and i'm friends with a 19 year old. I really like having older friends because i'm pretty mature for my age, a lot of people think i'm 17 or 18. It seems like most high schoolers can't get over petty drama and worry about real problems, so I don't like hanging with them. I am comfortable around guys and know how to act around them as i have 5 brothers. I am very capable and could handle myself if a situation arose. I have met him before so it's not like i'm talking to a stranger. She hasn't met him and i see where that could cause concern, but she doesn't trust me to make good judgement calls. I love my mom, but i'm having a hard time dealing with her. She has a very dictatorial parenting style. Even if I'm right and have facts to back up my points in an argument, when i prove my point or whenever she realizes I'm right and that i actually have a good point, i'm being %26quot;incredibly disrespectful%26quot; and she grounds me and will not take me to ride my horse (I don't have a licence yet). She's always telling me where I can do things, when i can do them and who i can talk to. She has a web filter called SafeEyes on my computer and she has it set so that i get 3 1/2 hours of internet a day. That's more than enough when I have things to do. I'm in a school play and have all A's, B's, and one C. Also when i get home i have homework that i get done right away. But when my step-brothers are over i am virtually confined to my room and i run out of time fast. She blocks a lot of categories that are completely unesicary, like free pages, personals, games, swimsuits, message/bulletin boards, etc. I can understand her blocking nudity and pornography but the other categories are completely ridiculous. All the computers in my house have SafeEyes on them, and everyone has an account. My 13 year old step-brother, who recently got caught looking at porn, has more privellages than I do. He has the same amount of time as I do, he has less categories blocked, and his dad told him how to disable SafeEyes. When i asked for unlimited time over the summer, when I am outside for 2 or more hours a day minimum every day, she said no and when i asked why she said %26quot;because i'm the mother and you need to spend your time doing more productive things.%26quot; Yes, I looked at porn once two years ago because i heard her having sex and was curious as to what it looked like, but she won't remove any categories and she still has SafeEyes on my computer. I do not like porn and don't want to look at it again. She will also come into my room without my permission and look at my computer history to see what i've been doing online. Mostly I do schoolwork and talk to friends on facebook. She also thinks that I do drugs. One night I didn't want to eat dinner with her and her husband so I went downstairs. She came down later and my pupils were dilated. This happens a lot. For some reason my pupils will sometimes dilate and will take up my entire iris, my friends have noticed it too. After seeing this, she assumed i had been smoking weed and searched my backpack for drugs and was considering taking me to the doctor for a drug test. I have never smoked pot and do not want to. I also believe in abstinence before marriage.She also knew the passwords to my e-mail, facebook, and youtube accounts.I recently changed them as I do not believe she has the right to know them. I would be ok with her checking my facebook if she would come down and ask to see it. She also tries to control who I date. As i said before, I have 5 brothers so I have fairly good judgement about guys. If I'm hanging out with my friends, she has to know exactly where we are and will only give me a couple hours to spend with them, if she lets me go at all. I have not gone anywhere recently because of my play rehearsals and homework so this isn't an immediate problem. When we're in an argument, she will dehumanize me and invalidate (?) my emotions and reasons for feeling the way i do. She does anything she can to gain the upper hand and will often bring up irrelevant subjects to get me off point when I'm starting to prove my point. She analyzes everything I do and it feels like I'm always under a microscope.

Okay, well the obvious suggestion is to confront her about it. TELL HER, do not ask her that you 2 need to talk about it. She seems like she is still trying to heep you a little kid. Tell her that since you are 16, you deserve privacy and the right to choose who you hang out with and who you date. Tell her that she needs to realize that you'll be out of the house and on your own in 2 years, her sheltering you doesn't help you make your own decisions. She may be trying to make you learn from her mistakes, but sometimes you have to learn from your own. If that doesn't work, ask her again, but if it doesn't work the 2nd time, here are some options: 1) erase your browser history AND your computer history. 2) Stop telling her about your social life. Do this VERY VERY CAREFULLY though! It can have the desired effect (which is to get her to ease up so that you can open up to her) but it can also backfire. 3) To be completely honest, if she invalidates your emotions, you have to speak up for yourself. Allow my judgment to prevail and know that I will make the choice on the framework you have taught me through the years. Okay, well the obvious suggestion is to confront her about it. TELL HER, do not ask her that you 2 need to talk about it. She seems like she is still trying to heep you a little kid. Tell her that since you are 16, you deserve privacy and the right to choose who you hang out with and who you date. Tell her that she needs to realize that you'll be out of the house and on your own in 2 years, her sheltering you doesn't help you make your own decisions. She may be trying to make you learn from her mistakes, but sometimes you have to learn from your own. If that doesn't work, ask her again, but if it doesn't work the 2nd time, here are some options: 1) erase your browser history AND your computer history. 2) Stop telling her about your social life. Do this VERY VERY CAREFULLY though! I enter my school in the Schools field. However, after saving the changes that I've made, I still see no school information in the profile area, which is a pane of sorts on the left side of my channel screen. How do I become a singer at a young age?
OK, I'm a 12 yr old girl. I found my dream of becoming a singer since I saw a concert from the Angelos at May 9, 2009. Ever since I saw their concert, I really admired them and now I'm hungry for more of them and more of singing. Their youngest member was 14 yrs old and he was really good at singing. I did some research about them (especially the youngest) and I just knew that he got discovered and had his first album at age 13! I'm like, %26quot;WOW!%26quot; And that really indulged me into dreaming and singing more! So I told my mom about this dream, but she never liked a bit of it. She said I should concentrate on my studies and eventually become a doctor. And I am! I'm the best in my class! I got really depressed when she said that. Well, it was my fault when I told her BEFORE that I wanted to be a doctor. But that all changed now. And who said I can't be both? I want to be everything that I wanted to be when I grow up. I want to be a singer, a doctor, a writer, a chef, a teacher, and a whole lot more! I want to achieve all of them.
I talked to my bestfriends about this next, and they decided to help me out. My 16 yr old bestfriend became my producer. And my 13 yr old bestfriend became my manager. We're gonna start videotaping at 2010 I think, when I'm 13 and post'em on YouTube.

i think your desperate for the attention on stage, and performing..but i dont think you have a passion for singing. singers dont get their passion from watching a concert.. they have it with them since they are born.. When you were 3-4 years old did your parents notice a gift in you? a passion and connection you had with singing?

But for you to get famous it could take years, and with that attitude.... are you gonna stop singing at 15? If so don't even bother trying because you'll never make it like that. Youtube won't help you get big, you need a myspace more than anything with decent recordings which could cost you hundreds. You also need a band to sing with. Or are you just going to sing covers to your favourite singers? You need to write your own songs if your going to be famous. Just think, it's hard to be famous as a singer, and thinking about it... It's probably harder than being a doctor, you need to really want to do it, besides you can't do everything, pick something you really want to do, then have something as a backup.
Being a singer won't necessarily make you rich. You gotta think about this. Recording songs onto an album first, finding a record deal, touring, having a band to play on your albums and with you on stage. It's so much harder to become a singer than people think it is.
